Real Estate Investment Analysis: A Small-Property Perspective focuses on understanding real estate investment analysis from a small-property perspective and is intended as an introduction to investment analysis; therefore, no prerequisites are required. This course is approved for continuing education credit by the State of Utah Department of Commerce Division of Real Estate. Appraisers, sales agents, and brokers receive seven hours of continuing education credit.
