Youth Ballroom Summer Classes

Registration begins on Thursday, May 1, 2008

BYU is once again offering summer classes in youth ballroom dance. Whether you are a beginner or have ballroom dance experience, these classes will enhance your ballroom dance technique and skills. Partners are not required; however the class will need to be balanced with boys and girls, so we will only sign up girls when we have enough boys to partner them.

Beginning Ballroom Class
This four week course will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays beginning in June. Skill level for this class is beginner to one year of ballroom dance experience.

Intermediate/Advanced International Style Ballroom Class
This four week course will focus on developing strong technique in Standard and Latin dances

Registration:
Because we try to maintain an even number of males and females attending this class we must limit the number of each gender that can register.

Registering with a partner is strongly encouraged. Females wanting to register, but without a partner, will be placed on a waiting list until we have a boy to partner them. Females registering with a male dance partner, friend, etc., will be able to register immediately. Please make sure you have the registration information for both the male and the female at the time of the call. We cannot register you with your partner if you do not have your partner's registration information, including payment method.
