BYU Sports and Dance Camps

Steps 1–3. Read the Honor Code, review the campus map, and complete the parental release and participant agreement form.

  3. Parental Release and Participant Agreement. This form is now part of our online registration system and should be completed at the time of registration.

Step 4. Read the Information Packet associated with your camp.
(Information packets will be available on our Web site six to eight weeks before camp begins.)
